How much is shipping to my country?
Shipping fee is a flat rate of $5.95 – $11.95 depending on country. We offer free shipping to most countries for orders above $75.
How long do you take to ship out my order?
Please allow 3-4 working days to process your order. During Korea holiday seasons, orders might take longer to ship out.
How long does delivery takes?
Around 4-7 working days once it is shipped out. It might take a few days longer for European countries.

Can I return the items?
We have a 14 days return policy. To request for a return, kindly contact us at support@snailylove.com. Items have to be unused and unopened to be eligible. We reimburse return postage fee only when you received wrong/damaged items.
