Do you have a return policy?
We have a 14 days return policy. If you would like to request for a return, kindly contact us via our contact form within 14 days after product is delivered. Product has to be sealed and unopened to be eligible for return. Customers have to pay for the shipping cost on returns, unless a wrong or damaged item was delivered.
I changed my mind. Can I return the item?
Yes, you may do so. However, please note that we do not reimburse return shipping cost for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly.
I received wrong/damaged item. What do I do?
Please contact us via our contact form to arrange for a return. We will reimburse the postage fee together with the refund upon receiving the item.
How long do you take to process the refund?
Upon receiving the returned item and checking the condition, we will issue a refund within 7 working days.
Reimbursement of postage fee (for wrong/damaged items) will be done through Paypal.
Do I have to pay for the shipping cost on returns?
Yes, you will have to pay for the return postage fee, if it is due to change of mind. If it is due to damaged/wrong item, we will reimburse the postage fee. Please note that you will need a Paypal account for us to reimburse the postage.
I did not receive my item. Can you refund me?
Shipping usually takes a week via FedEx but may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. We offer full refund if you do not receive product within 40 days. If it shows “delivered” in the tracking, we will require you to file a police report online for theft before refunding you. We do not offer refund in the case of wrong address given by customer.
